Katie's Fit Life Bootcamp

Katie's Fit Life Boot Camp sessions focus on weight loss, endurance, flexibility and improvement of overall health.

Coming August 31st, 9 am classes AND additional evening location!  Call for more details.

Classes are held at
Velocity SP, 91 st and Bell and Paradise Valley Park, 40th st and Bell

Times are as follows:

Velocity SP | Monday - Thursday @ 6:00 AM
Paradise Valley Park | Monday - Thursday @ 7:00 PM

Boot Camp Start Dates:April 13th , June 1st, July 20th

Pick 2 Days-a-Week for $165
Pick 3 Days-a-Week for $220
Pick 4 Days-a-Week for $265

Pick the camp from a single session. An extremely limited number of flex passes are available that would allow you to pick any number of days from any number of the sessions (i.e. morning sessions and or evening classes).

These classes are co-ed and for all fitness levels. The only thing you need to worry about bringing is water and a full size towel or yoga mat.

Katie's Fit Life® supplies all fitness equipment and a workout that will help you shed pounds, increase flexibility, energize your mind and body, and keep you motivated! Just bring a towel, water, and a desire to achieve your fitness goals.
