Valley Rehab, 20940 North Tatum Boulevard
Times are as follows:

Athletic Republic Monday - Friday @ 6:00 AM 
Valley Rehab~ Monday and Wednesday at 6 PM
Paradise Valley Park ~Tuesday  and Thursday @ 6:00 PM

Pick the camp from a single session. An extremely limited number of flex passes are available that would allow you to pick any number of days from any number of the sessions (i.e. morning sessions and or evening classes).

These classes are co-ed and for all fitness levels. The only thing you need to  bring is water and a full size towel or yoga mat.

Katie's Fit Life Bootcamps LLCĀ® supplies all fitness equipment and a workout that will help you shed pounds, increase flexibility, energize your mind and body, and keep you motivated! Just bring a towel, water, and a desire to achieve your fitness goals.
