Katieās Fit Life Boot Camp sessions focus on weight loss, endurance, flexibility and improvement of overall health. Exercise
is much more than throwing exercises together and hoping for the best. The Boot Camp is a six-week planned
progression to train your body and increase stamina and flexibility. We demonstrate and instruct you how to combine
different exercises in order to gain the fastest and safest benefits. Our program safely trains your body to form definition
and restore range of motion in the joints, if needed.
Healthy, sustainable weight loss comes not only from exercise, but from a combination of burning extra calories while
cutting back calories without creating nutritional gaps. During our six-week program you will be provided with nutritional
guidelines, advice and wonderful recipes that work hand-in-hand with our Boot Camp course.
