“Katie is the best personal trainer that you will find. I am not one that is easily motivated and I really don't like going to the gym. Katie made my training sessions fun. She always had me doing different things day-to-day and she would always keep me on track. Katie is very good at coming up with new exercises and combinations that you wouldn't think of. She really listens to her clients preferences and avoids exercises that the clients dislike. It is hard to find a trainer that is fun and provides you excellent results, but she is the total package. Katie is very knowledgeable on food as well. I learned so much about my eating habits from her. Which foods to combine in a meal for the most nutrition, which ingredients to avoid, and how to stay full throughout the day while staying healthy. I'm not one to keep a food diary, but she would always ask me what I ate the day before and then critiqued me accordingly. I would always learn something new.
